What is the highest need for an aid center serving the general public in Israel? Always. . . diapers. Nachamu Nachamu Ami has provided an incredible 327 packages of diapers which are currently being trucked to aid centers throughout the Land. In this distribution, diapers are also being distributed to pregnancy centers that reach out to young pregnant girls in distress. Nachamu Nachamu Ami . . . mothers in difficulty in Israel are thanking G-d, and thanking you!
Sixty new blue sweatshirts from Mission World Aid are currently being distributed via the Fire Department Commander at the Kiryat Shmona regional fire station per his request on behalf of the firemen in the area of Mount Hermon. This region is quite cold in winter, with snow on the mountains.
Most of the activity in Israel happens in the center of the country, and the upper north and lower south tend to get forgotten about. Yet because they are so far away from the occupational centers of the country, they need more help, and they do cry out for it, as in this case. Isnt it a great feeling to be able to supply, when they ask for assistance? You, the donors, have made this happen.
We are an Israeli registered Public Institution with a network of 30 independent humanitarian aid centers, also supplying nearly every nonprofit in Israel, such as the IDF Ministry of Welfare offices, hospitals, paramedics, institutions for the elderly, sheltered, and disabled, victims of terror, and the unemployed. Helping 60,000 to 70,000 people per year, the Joseph Project is run from a 16,000 square-foot warehouse that can hold 100 large shipping containers. Since 2000, the Joseph Project has imported over 310 containers of aid into Israel that is donated by lovers of Israel the Christian community and Messianic Jews.
In 2007 the Joseph Project International Forest was established near Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel as a Messianic Israel Forest where Jews, Christians and Arabs could bless the soil of Israel.
